Work With Ecomac Renewable Energy Roles Across Scotland

We’re building something in Scotland worth being part of. If you’re an electrician, heat pump engineer, assessor or installer who takes pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

Our Way of Working

We don’t chase volume for the sake of it.

We do the job properly. That means suitability confirmed before anything is specified, systems designed around the home, and installations completed to MCS standards.

Suitability confirmed before install
Systems designed properly, not sold as packages
Clear communication with homeowners
Doing the job once and doing it right

We work with people who take pride in their work and want to build a reputation they’re proud of. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit in here.

Roles we regularly recruit for

We work with employed staff, subcontractors, and partner teams depending on role and location. All roles support domestic renewable installations and energy efficiency upgrades across Scotland.

We’re always open to hearing from experienced professionals who align with our standards, even if a specific role isn’t listed.
